Sandcarving requires a black and white image (camera ready). The image must be truly black and white with no grays or halftones. Vector art produces the crispest, sharpest lines. This is the preferred image type. Bitmaps can be used but the lines can be rougher with boxy edges. If your artwork requires a lot of cleanup, then there is a one-time $25 charge.
Fonts: You can specify the font or leave it up to us. Click on FONTS to see a list of the available fonts. When saving your artwork choose "Create Outlines" for fonts in Illustrator and select "Convert to Curves" in CorelDraw. This will help if your fonts are not exactly the same as ours.
Please include contact name and phone number and fax a copy of the art if possible in case objects are missing. Our fax number is (509) 926-5423.
If E-Mail is not possible, mail us the art on disk or zip disk following the above requirements. Also include a copy of the art along with the disk
There is no minimum quantity or dollar amount.
Prices quoted on website includes item and etching. A one-time art setup charge of $25 may apply if we need to cleanup your artwork. Tax and Shipping not included. We offer quantity discounts.
Orders over $100.00 (assorted items O.K.) receive a 5% discount

We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Money Orders. We require a 50% deposit before commencing production. Full payment must be received before product ship unless other arrangements have been made.
Orders are shipped UPS. When your order is shipped, we will email you the UPS tracking number. For heavier shipments, a freight carrier will be used. Should a frieght carrier be needed, the freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.
All products will be free of manufacturing defects. Minor bubbles, wrinkles and other variations are inherent to even the finest glass and crystal. These are not considered defects.
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we will correct any defects in workmanship quickly and without charge.
Where an error is the responsibility of the client, such as a misspelled name, we will replace the item at 80% of its original cost.
Safe carriage and delivery are the responsibility of the carrier. Should any breakage or delivery delay occur, a claim must be filed with the carrier by the recipient. We will provide any information to assist in getting your claim filed.
